Second,if some new fact is related to something you had already know , your hippocampus is more likely to remember it.third,the hippocampus regards repeated information important.Most information reminds inside the brain for a few days to a month.If you want to remember something well,you should review the same information twice or more during this period.Fourth,you need to sleep for the hippocampus to store and arrange a memory.Finally,the hippocampus grows with practice.
