Celebration

My friend danced Japanese dance at a big hall. I went to look at it with my friend.

I picked the friend up at the station, and we went to shopping center. We ate lunch, and we bought a bunch of flowers for our friend. We arrived at the hall at twelve fifteen, and we looked at my friend’s Japanese dance. The friend was very beautiful. I was very impressed with my friend’s Japanese dance. I have learned Japanese dance since I was five years old, so I enjoyed looking at Japanese dance very much. My friend was very wonderful.

I and my parent went to my grandparent’s house at the night, and We celebrated my grandfather’s birthday. We ate sushi and ice cream. It was very delicious.

I had good time.

September 3rd, 4th

My two friends stayed at my house on September 3rd.

I picked them up at the station, and we went shopping. I bought a hat. One of them bought a hat and a bag. We ate doughnuts at lunch. It was very delicious. We like reading, so we went in bookstore after lunch. However, we did not buy anything. I returned to my house with them. We read books, and we listened to music. The day, the two friends did not plan to stay at my house. However, they stayed at my house in the end. My mother made spaghetti. It was very delicious. We watched TV after dinner.　I was very tired, so I slept early. The next day, we got up late. We ate miso soup which was made by my mother. I like my mother’s miso soup. We prepared for going out. We went to karaoke. After karaoke, I saw the two friends off in the station.

I enjoyed the two days very much. This became good memory for me.

Today, I made chawan-mushi. I cooked it for the first time. It is hard for me to cook, but I cooked it as hard as I could. It was very delicious. I like chawan-mushi very much, so I liked chawan-mushi I made today. It was very delicious.

I read ‘Jason’s Bus Ride’. I have a driver’s license. However, I ride on a bus once in a while. This time, I read this book. A boy rode on a bus. The boy enjoyed it. However, the bus stopped suddenly. A dog was in front of the bus. The dog did not move out of the way. Passenger of the bus tried to move the dog, but the dog did not move out of the way. The boy patted the dog on the head. The dog moved out of the way. The bus began to move again. I enjoyed reading this book.

I read ‘The pizza That We Made’. I like eating very much, but I seldom do cooking. I help my mother in in preparing dinner. I learned how to make pizza by this book, so I want to make pizza. My mother is good at cooking, so I want to learn how to cook from my mother.

I read ‘WHEN THE TV BROKE’. I watch TV every day. I get various information from TV, so I decided to read this book.

Jeffrey who is hero of this book watched TV every day. He liked watching TV. However, the TV broked. His father took the TV to repair. He wanted to watch TV. However, The TV did not return from repair. His father came back by with repaired TV when About one week have passed since The TV broke. However, Jeffrey was absorbed in other things.

I read this book as I feel near to myself. This book was very interesting for me.

essay 7 ‘Shrek’

I watched ‘Shrek’. This time, I watched the movie for the first time.

Shrek is green monster. Shrek lives in one marsh by himself. He does not have friend. One day, he finds a poster. Plan that if people catch character of fairy tale, they can get reward is written in the poster. On another day, he saves a donkey. The donkey is very talkative. The donkey is run after by soldier. The donkey follows Shrek to Shrek’s house. However, Shrek does not show the donkey into his house. The night, Shrek notices unusually. Many characters of fairy tale which was banished by a lord whose name is Farquaad are around Shrek’s house. The lord wants to make his ideal country, so he banished many characters of fairy tale. Shrek decides to go to meet to the lord. Shrek wants to return many characters of fairy tale to the place where they were originally. Shrek goes to meet to the lord with that talkative donkey.

Farquaad sees a magic mirror. The magic mirror says that Farquaad should marry to become a true king. He decides to marry a princess whose name is Fiona. She is caught in castle of dragon. Farquaad must save Fiona from castle of dragon.

Shrek and donkey arrives in castle which Farquaad lives in. He is held a tournament to choose a person to rescue Fiona. He says that a person who can beat Shrek is champion. However, nobody can beat Shrek. Farquaad says that Shrek is champion. He orders Shrek to rescue Fiona from castle of dragon. Shrek asks Farquaad to return many characters of fairy tale to the place where they were originally. Farquaad promises that if Shrek can return to castle of Farquaad with Fiona, he returns to state of original marsh. Shrek decides to rescue Fiona. Shrek and donkey leaves castle of Farquaad for castle of dragon.

They arrive in castle of dragon. Castle of dragon is very quiet. Donkey discovers a dragon. Donkey runs away from dragon. Shrek holds on to tail of dragon, but he is flown to room of Fiona. Shrek takes Fiona out, and he goes to rescue donkey. Donkey is caught by dragon because Dragon likes donkey. Shrek succeeds in taking donkey out, and they run away from castle of dragon. They succeed in running away safety. However, Fiona is so fretful because she thinks that a person who rescues her is person of fate, but it is Shrek. He is monster. He carries Fiona on his shoulder, and they hurries to castle of Farquaad. The night, they sleep in the open. They notice a cave. Fiona quickly enters the cave, and she sleeps in cave. She never shows Shrek and donkey into the cave. The night, Shrek says to donkey that everyone hates him without knowing his feelings. Fiona hears it. The next day, Fiona says that she wants friends with Shrek and donkey. They keep on trip. Shrek and Fiona take fancy to each other while travelling. They come to the place which they can see castle of Farquaad in. Fiona seems not to go to castle of Farquaad, so they stay overnight. Fiona sleeps in a cabin. She never shows Shrek and donkey into the cabin. However, donkey enters the cabin in the night. Just then, a monster appears in front of donkey. Donkey is very surprised. The monster says that the monster is Fiona. She is a person while the sun is rising, but Fiona becomes a monster while the sun is setting. Fiona can get real appearance when she does kiss to person of fate. Shrek likes Fiona, but he can not tell his feelings to Fiona. He is worried that he is a monster. He goes to give flower to Fiona. He misunderstands there. He thinks that Fiona dislikes him. However, it is not true. Next morning, Fiona tries to confide truth to Shrek. Shrek does not hear it. Shrek gives Fiona to Farquaad after all. Feelings of Shrek do not be conveyed to Fiona, and feelings of Fiona do not be conveyed to Shrek. Shrek comes back to house by himself. Donkey comes to Shrek’s house. Shrek and donkey go to Fiona’s marriage ceremony. They beat Farquadd. Shrek and Fiona do kiss. Fiona gets real appearance. Shrek and Fiona get married. Many characters of fairy tale and dragon which was beaten by Shrek take part in Shrek and Fiona’s marriage ceremony.

I watched this movie for the first time. This movie was very interesting. I think that this movie is comparatively short movie, so I could watch without losing my concentration. I watched movie after a long time, so I enjoyed watching movie very much. There are sequels of this movie. I have never seen sequels to this movie, so I want to see sequels. I think that it is good experience for me to watch movie which I have never seen, so I want to watch various movies from now on. ‘Shrek’was very amusing movie. I had a good time.
